NYC

I moved to NYC when I was 19 years old to attend an acting conservatory. After 1 semester, I figured out that acting wasn’t for me and that I really enjoyed Producing and decided to finish up the 2 years I had left to get my Bachelors degree. I then moved back to NYC at the beginning of 2007 and stayed until the end of 2011 before moving to London. Since I went GF while living in NYC in 2008, I have found a ton of gluten free places in an around almost every borough in the city. I wanted to share my insights with everyone incase they live in NYC, or are planning a trip, so that they can guarantee that they won’t need to be thinking about when or where they will get glutened and can enjoy their time in the city whilst enjoying some great GF food.
