Whole30 Reintroduction 1 – Vegan Ice cream

It has been a little over a week now since we finished the Whole30 and started our reintroduction.

The first thing that we tried was ice cream. I decided to go with Vegan ice cream as I was not ready to try dairy yet, although Mark wanted to start with the dairy filled version.

My overall feeling was that it was very sweet. I had a hard time eating the kid size scoop. It was good and only gave me a little stomach ache. It didn’t affect my colitis anymore than what is already going on with it, so I think vegan ice cream is definitely something that I could have every now and then. We went to Molly Moons which has the best ice cream in Seattle from our opinion and I got the Vegan Cherry Chunk.
