Whole30 Days 29 & 30

Here is a recap of days 29 & 30 on the Whole30.

Day 29: 

Breakfast: Homemade Pork Patties and Sweet Potato Hash

Lunch: Tuna Salad (Tuna, mustard, apple cider vinegar, olives, avocado) and cherries

Dinner: Ground lamb, yellow squash and kale

After Dinner Snack: Applesauce

What I drank: Raspeberry Leaf Tea, Water, Kombucha, orange juice

How I felt: Stomach feeling much better today, although it is still not back to normal. Ready for Whole30 to be done and to start reintroducing foods to see what my triggers are.

Day 30: 

Breakfast: Homemade Pork Patties and Sweet Potato Hash

Lunch: Tuna Salad (tuna, olives, avocado, lettuce, kale, balsamic vinegar and olive oil) and cherries

Dinner: Grilled Chicken, Zucchini and Asparagus

After Dinner Snack: Cherries, Raspberries and Blueberries

What I drank: Ginger Tea, Raspberry leaf tea, Water

How I felt: I was fine for a few hours after eating, but was up most of the night with a bad stomach. Really not sure what it could have been. Maybe the shared grill that we used? We are now done with our Whole30 and I will be posting our reintroduction phase and on what foods interact with me and my colitis.
