Whole30 Days 24 -28

Here is a recap of days 24 -28 on the Whole30.

Day 24: 

Breakfast: Homemade Chicken Patties and Sweet Potato Hash

Lunch: Leftover Pork, Kale and Zoodle Soup and a nectarine

Afternoon Snack: Mixed nuts and raisins

Dinner: Shrimp, green beans and cherries

What I drank: Ginger Tea, Water

How I felt: Still not feeling the benefits of Whole30. Stomach is still iffy. Also, my hormones are still off balance which I was hoping this eating plan would rectify.

Day 25: 

Breakfast: Sweet Potato Hash and 1/2 Avocado

Lunch: Tuna Salad (tuna, olives, avocado, lettuce with mustard, balsamic vinegar and olive oil) and an applesauce

Dinner: Whole Foods Salad Bar (sweet potatoes, zucchini, squash, olives)

After Dinner Snack: Raspberries

What I drank: Ginger Tea, Decaf Coffee, Water

How I felt: Still not feeling great, stomach hurts a lot and going to the bathroom a lot

Day 26 (we drove down to the Oregon coast to go camping, so food is a little random): 

Breakfast: Compliant Bacon and Sweet Potato Hash

Car Snacks: Kale chips

Dinner: Grilled Turkey Breast, zucchini, onion, squash, sweet potato


After Dinner Snack: Raspberries and blueberries

What I drank: Decaf Coffee, Water, Kombucha

How I felt: Stomach still hurting a lot and going to the bathroom more than usual.

Day 27 (camping): 

Breakfast: Pork Sausage and Sweet Potato

Lunch Snacks: Apple, Larabar, Baby Food Pack (sweet potato, pumpkin, blueberries, apple)

Dinner: Grilled ground beef patty, sweet potato, brussel sprouts

What I drank: Water

How I felt: Stomach was killing me after dinner. Was in a lot of pain.

Exercise: Ran 5.32 miles on the beach

Day 28 (camping and drive home): 

Breakfast: Pork Sausage and Sweet Potato

Lunch Snacks: Kale Chips, blueberries, five guys beef burger with lettuce and pickle

Dinner: Shrimp, carrots and baby zucchini


What I drank: Water, Kombucha

How I felt: Stomach still not feeling well. Using essential oils and took one of my Mesalamines to see if it will help.
