Whole30 Days 15 & 16
Here is a recap of days 15 & 16 on the Whole30.
Day 15:
Breakfast: Pork Sausage links from Whole Foods (ingredients, pork and salt) and Sweet Potato Hash
Lunch: Smoked Salmon Salad (smoked salmon, balsamic vinegar, EVOO, lettuce, avocado, olives), Pineapple
Dinner: Mustard/Vinegar marinated Pork with green beans and grilled cauliflower
After Dinner Snack: Strawberries
What I drank: Water, Mint Green Tea
How I felt: My stomach was still killing me after Sunday’s dinner. I definitely have been suffering from a sore tummy and toilet problems. Don’t really know what could be up. Mark was suffering too, so don’t know if it is normal in this point of the Whole30
Day 16:
Breakfast: Pork Sausage links from Whole Foods (ingredients, pork and salt) and Sweet Potato Hash
Lunch: Tuna Salad (tuna, balsamic vinegar, EVOO, lettuce, avocado, olives), Blueberries
Dinner: Mark had his wisdom tooth taken out, so I made us some chicken zoodle soup.
After Dinner Snack: Applesauce
What I drank: Water, Decaf Coffee
How I felt: Still having tummy issues. Even the soup at dinner caused me problems. Took a mesalamine and hoping that it will help with my UC problems. Also eliminating decaf coffee and tea for the next few days.
Exercise: Ran 3.1 miles
How is the weight loss with this?
I actually have no clue as you aren’t supposed to weigh yourself while you are doing the Whole30. My clothes fit the same and I didn’t have any intention of loosing weight on the Whole30.
