Whole30 Days 8 & 9

Here is a recap of days 8 and 9 on the Whole30.

Day 8: 

Breakfast: Homemade Pork Sausage and Sweet Potato Hash

Lunch:Tuna Salad (tuna, homemade mustard vinaigrette, lettuce, avocado, olives)

Dinner: Slow cooker Roasted Chicken and Broccoli

Afternoon Dinner Snack: All natural fruit bar

What I drank: Water, Mint Green Tea and homemade coconut milk

How I felt: Starting to get a little more energy, although still tired and light headed. Stomach is feeling good though and haven’t been bloated or been running to the bathroom as often.

Exercise: Ran 2.75 miles (it was rough as I was really lightheaded)

Day 9: 

Breakfast: Homemade Pork Sausage and Sweet Potato Hash

Lunch: Chicken Salad (leftover roasted chicken, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lettuce, avocado, olives)

Afternoon Snack: All natural fruit bar

Dinner: Zoodles with homemade pesto and ground meat, cherries


Afternoon Dinner Snack: Applesauce

What I drank: Water, decaf coffee and homemade coconut milk


How I felt: Feeling very much the same. Still light headed and tired. Also a little absent minded right now. Its hard to remember things. Trying to up the food intake to help with this.
