Half Marathon Training Update

So far my Half Marathon training has been going very well. I have tried to get out everyday to exercise whether it be running, yoga, cycling or just climbing up Queen Anne Hill. HereĀ is a picture of my running stats from last week. The weather has been amazing in Seattle, and it is really easy to just get out and go for a quick run. I hope to stay on top of things and to slowly increase our weekend runs until I get to the 13.1. This past weekends 4 mile long run has left me sore, but hoping that today’s exercise will make that go away. Anyone else training for any upcoming races?

  1. I’m training for my first half marathon in Madison, WI this weekend. I’m looking for help putting together an awesome playlist of songs to keep me motivated during the race; can you help?

    • Try out anything by the Black Eye Peas and Happy by Pharrell is also another good running song.
