Half Marathon Training Update
So far my Half Marathon training has been going very well. I have tried to get out everyday to exercise whether it be running, yoga, cycling or just climbing up Queen Anne Hill. Here is a picture of my running stats from last week. The weather has been amazing in Seattle, and it is really easy to just get out and go for a quick run. I hope to stay on top of things and to slowly increase our weekend runs until I get to the 13.1. This past weekends 4 mile long run has left me sore, but hoping that today’s exercise will make that go away. Anyone else training for any upcoming races?
