Another GF Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
We have a Sam’s Club membership. Buying in bulk is really cost effective for us for things like toilet paper, paper towels, tomato sauce, canned diced tomatoes and canned peas. While shopping around Sam’s one day we noticed that they were carrying Namaste Gluten Free Flour. It comes in a massive bag, but I have had their Pizza flour before and liked it so thought that I would give it a try. I am so glad that I did. I keep the bag in the fridge to keep it fresh and use it mostly to make GF cookies. I have experimented with a bunch of traditional cookie recipes and swapped out the flour to find the perfect one, but my favorite so far has been the one on the back of the bag. You can find it here. For me this is the perfect mix of salt, brown sugar and white sugar. I have made the cookies with both dark chocolate chips and M&Ms and it have been very tasty both ways. I also think that making the cookies at home definitely taste better than the store bough GF cookies that I have purchased at a few of the GF bakeries in and around Seattle. Hope you enjoy the recipe as much as Mark, myself and our gluten eating friends do.
