How Gluten Free Glutton Came to Be

First off, I love food. I think about it when I go to sleep at night, when I wake up in the morning, and I always find myself doing something that revolves around food. For me, this has been a challenge since I have dealt with digestive issues and food intolerance’s for over 11 years.

I first went gluten free April 1, 2008, and this has opened up a whole new world to me. I can now eat without being in pain, or feeling like I am going to die.

I really love going out to eat and trying new and exciting foods. With gluten free being more mainstream nowadays, I see new and exciting foods show up all the time. When I see a restaurant with a gluten free menu, or a new gluten free product at the store, I am always interested in trying it out.

People always think that since I am gluten free and lactose intolerant I can’t eat anything. This is false. There is a whole world of gluten free food out there that is amazingly delicious and I have started this blog to share them with the world.
